PolÃtica de cancelación
ONLINE TUITION TERMS (ONE-TO-ONE & GROUP SESSIONS) 1. Booking & Agreement These terms apply to all online lessons. By booking, the parent or adult student agrees to them on behalf of the attending student. Lesson times are reserved once confirmed. 2. Payment Lessons must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise. Unpaid sessions may be cancelled or paused until payment is received. 3. Cancellations & Missed Lessons One-to-one lessons: at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations are normally charged in full. Group sessions: missed classes cannot usually be refunded or rearranged. Exceptions may be made at the tutor’s discretion in genuine emergencies. 4. Late Arrival / Non-Attendance Lessons finish at the scheduled time even if the student joins late. Non-attendance counts as a missed lesson. If the tutor must delay, the full lesson time will be provided or rearranged. 5. Recordings Sessions may be recorded for educational, catch-up, or safeguarding purposes. Recordings are shared only with the relevant family/student and are for private use only. They must not be copied, shared, or posted online. Booking gives consent for the student to appear in recordings where used. 6. Technology Clients must provide a suitable device, working audio/video where needed, and a stable internet connection. Technical problems on the client side do not normally qualify for refunds or extra time. 7. Behaviour Students must behave respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may lead to removal from a session and, if serious or repeated, termination of lessons where reasonable. 8. Parent Responsibilities (for minors) Parents agree to provide accurate contact details, help younger students access lessons if needed, and share relevant learning or safeguarding information where appropriate. 9. Tutor Changes or Cancellation If the tutor cancels a lesson due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled or credited in full. 10. Educational Commitment Lessons are delivered with professional care, but progress depends on attendance, effort, and practice; specific results cannot be guaranteed. 11. Privacy Personal information is used only for tuition administration and stored securely. 12. Ending Tuition Either side may end ongoing lessons with reasonable notice (normally two weeks). Booked lessons within the notice period remain payable. By booking tuition, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
